Vonnie Delacruz is the President and Chief Executive Officer of NetTen Healthcare Solutions.

Vonnie has extensive expertise in maintaining and fostering B2B, B2C, & Vendor Relationships. She has 15 years in operations management, systems and resource development, quality control, and compliance management. Vonnie has been the COO and managing partner of a mortgage brokerage since 2020 and has held senior level management positions. She has had the opportunity to manage teams both large and small with organizations across several industries as a result of her management and operational experience. Her passion is focusing on utilizing technology to collect data and employing the data to make informed decisions on compliance, prevention, operations, and delivery of care. Using this expertise she has aided many organizations in operating with higher efficiency, reducing redundancies, and sparking innovation by identifying core values that unite and boost interpersonal morale.

Vonnie obtained both her Bachelors in Business Administration and Masters in Healthcare Administration with a specialization in Informatics from University of Phoenix. She is also a certified Administrative Medical Specialist with Medical Billing and Coding from San Diego State University and a Certified Medical Revenue Manager thru Medical Revenue Management Association of America.

Vonnie is a mother of 5 and a San Diego local. In her spare time she is traveling, attending concerts and sporting events. She is often immersed with family spending quality time and supporting them in their hobbies and endeavors. She loves hikes, skateboarding, and beach days.
