Eris Mateo is the Chief Operating Officer of NetTen Healthcare Solutions, an innovative healthcare consulting and technology firm partnering with healthcare professionals nationwide offering one of the industry’s advanced cloud-based technology suites.

Eris has spent the last 15 years in healthcare administration with expertise in all things practice management including clinical and administrative operations, revenue cycle management, budgeting and fiscal responsibility, and medical staff management. His work experience varies from small to large size medical centers throughout San Diego County including both primary care and multi-speciality clinics.

He obtained both his Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration and Master’s in Organizational Leadership from National University in La Jolla, CA. Eris is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Associate Project Manager, and Medical Revenue Manager. He has a strong passion for quality healthcare delivery and process improvement resulting in improved health outcomes. Eris concurrently works as the Director of Operations for one of the largest medical groups in San Diego.

A native San Diegan, Eris spends his free time writing and composing music, and enjoys fine dining, documentaries, reading, and spending time with his family and 2 dogs.
